This is a brief overview of how your email or PM should look when requesting a theme.


First make sure you provide a link to your site.

Next remember to add a detailed description of the theme/html page you want created.

Add information about your choice or charge:

• budget - you tell me how much you can invest on a theme and I build a theme on that. minimum 30$.
  
• Appraisement - I create the theme and calculate the cost based on work hours and resources used

also include info about payment:

• Pay all - you pay the full amount and I create the theme, during the theming you will be able to see the theme and make small changes to it. After I install your theme you have 7 days to check it and possibly make small changes.
  
• Half now ,half later - you pay half of the price at the start and the rest after I complete the theme. You do not have the ability to see the theme during its creation. You have 1 week to check and possibly make small changes to the theme after I install it.
  

These are the vital items needed in Pm or e-mail requesting.
